Instructions for Washing and Use:

• Wear the shirt with the pillow positioned correctly before going to sleep.
• In case of difficulty, wear only the shirt and get help to apply the spinal support pillow.
• The T-shirt and pillow pocket can be washed following the directions on the label, while the spinal support pillow can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
