I use it in the car and on all sittings at meetings or similar events during which I have to sit for a long time (I also take it with me to the hairdresser's), because it allows the tailbone not to touch any surface and "forces" you to stay in the correct position with your legs slightly elevated. The feeling is lightness almost as if the legs are suspended and I do not feel any weight on my back. I suffer from herniated discs, sciatica and fibromyalgia, but since using it, I have no problem sitting even for many hours in a row, which was really difficult before. Thank you Rubytech.

In the first period, I used it for sleeping, because following surgery I was forced to sleep in a semi-recumbent position, resulting in pressure on my coccyx and lower back and, of course, difficulty sleeping because of the back pain that was added to the pain from the surgery. With this pillow, I solved that problem, being able to sleep in a position comfortable enough to allow me to rest. After that period passed, I began to use it mostly when I am sitting at my desk at home, but also often during meetings or long car rides. And I could no longer do without it!
